The very best thing that has happened so far this school year is that I made a lot of new friends. Austin is a good friend because he's been really nice to me. Sometimes we play football together at recess. Brice is also nice because we had a reading conference together. I sit near Jared and can always count on him for help if I need it.

I always thought the very best part about school was spending time with friends. It is sometimes hard for me to make friends at first, but it sure is worth it once I invest the time. I hope you have a great year and meet lots of new friends.

All the people in our class are all great friends! I have made new friends too. Like Heather and lots more. I even have some friends from my second grade and first grade class. I can't wait to meet lots more!
